REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • A DSW diploma or DSW certificate (2nd year DSW students and other Human Services students and graduates would be considered with relevant and current experiences in the sector);

  • Valid First Aid/CPR;

  • Proof of valid G2 or G driver’s license;

  • Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 12 months;

  • Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live and thrive in their home and community;

·         Proven experience supporting people who can present with challenging and risk behaviours including dual diagnosis, aggression, and behavioural support plans is preferred
